Orders of $60 and more qualify for free shipping in Canada. To receive free shipping, select the Free Standard Shipping option on the checkout page.
For orders in Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & PEI, free shipping is on all orders over $100.
We do not ship to the Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut.
USA: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or the Cayman Islands.
It typically takes 1- 3 business days to pack and ship out your package. Based on the shipping method chosen, transit time can take between 2 and 8 business days.
US orders: Due to customs delays, it will take up to 10-14 business days to deliver your order.
At this time we service orders within Canada and USA. US orders typically take 10-14 days to be delivered due to customs delays.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message that will include the tracking number for your package.
Once an order is placed, it is immediately transferred to our processing department. As such, orders can not be cancelled.
Given that our products are perishable goods, we do not accept returns. Your experience is our priority, if you are not pleased with your purchase please email us at ssmart@suratisweetmart.com within 14 days of your purchase.
